		<description>tacit knowledge is self/personal way of do business,learning,living..There is no formula..It is something in person, something in me to do job the best way, high degree.It is not knowledge in formal way, it is unformal,intuitiv...I think that tacit is tacit in the evry situation,mindset is not.It is normal &#62;what is tacit for one person is very explicit for another.(coach,professor)Know-how, try to explain, it is incommodiously.The biggest peoblem is who is capable to follow up person, in organisation,with tacit knowledge,particulary,in trasitional county?
